PIC AI AI & Data, Applied

AI that shows up in the P&L.

We build and deploy systems that deliver measurable outcomes, and we stay accountable for whether the investment paid off. Independent of any platform vendor.

01 · The problem

Most AI programmes stall between pilot and production. The ones that reach production often cannot say what they returned.

Governance arrives late, data foundations are assumed rather than built, and the business case is never revisited.

02 · What we do

Two things.
That's it.

We advise organizations on AI, and we build AI companies of our own. Everything else on this page is one of those two.

01

We advise.

Independent counsel on where AI belongs, what it returned, and who is accountable when it is wrong.

AI Strategy & Needs Assessment

Where AI and data would earn their place, and where they would not. Use-case prioritization against the data you really have.

The AI Value Diagnostic

Four weeks, fixed scope. What the investment returned, which pilots deserve production, and what to do next.

AI Governance & Assurance

An operating model aligned to SDAIA, NDMO, DGA and sector regulators, so oversight is designed in rather than retrofitted.

02

We build.

PIC invests in and builds its own Arabic-first AI companies. It is where the method is tested on our own money before it reaches your programme.

Revorr

Arabic-first AI review intelligence for multi-branch businesses — turning customer feedback into decisions an operator can act on.

Fitamorel

AI styling for Saudi e-commerce, built to run inside the platforms merchants already sell on.

Build & Deploy

Production systems for clients, with owners, monitoring and a measured business case — built alongside your team so they can run it without us.

PIC invests and builds. Each company is a separate entity with its own team and its own cap table, built to stand on its own.

03 · How we work

One function,
not scattered pilots.

A central AI function — one place where AI investment is prioritized, governed and measured — rather than a dozen experiments nobody is accountable for.

Seven dimensions,
assessed first.

The assessment sets the sequence. Weak foundations get fixed before the use case is chosen, not discovered halfway through delivery.

01

Strategy

Whether AI is attached to a business objective or to an enthusiasm.

02

Value

Whether anyone has said, in advance, what a win would be worth.

03

Governance

Who is accountable when a model is wrong, and what happens next.

04

People

Whether the people expected to use it have been prepared to.

05

Organization

Whether decisions about AI are made in one place or in twelve.

06

Data

Whether the foundations are built or merely assumed. Usually assumed.

07

Engineering

Whether anything can actually run, be monitored, and be maintained.

01 · Return

Does it return?

Is there a measured business case, revisited after deployment rather than filed after approval?

02 · Responsible

Is it responsible?

Does it hold up against national frameworks and sector regulation, with oversight designed in from the start?

03 · Reliable

Is it reliable?

Does it run in production with named owners and monitoring, or only in a demonstration?

04 · Independence

We do not resell platforms and we take no vendor commission. When we tell you an AI investment did not return, nothing in our commercial model argues otherwise.

We also build. Where a company we have invested in is relevant to work we are assessing for you, we say so before the engagement begins and exclude it from the recommendation. We would expect the same discipline from anyone advising us.

PIC is a strategy and value realization firm with an AI unit — not an AI consultancy. Our accountability is to the outcome, not to a technology choice. Strategy sets direction, AI and data enable, the value office captures the return, and governance sustains trust.

05 · Where to start

The AI Value Diagnostic.

We establish what your AI and data investment has actually returned, where value is leaking, and what to do in the next two quarters. You get a number and a decision-ready plan — not a deck.
